About this scholarship
Missouri waives tuition and fees at participating Missouri colleges and universities for young people who were in foster care through the Department of Social Services. Students must be accepted to a school within a set window after leaving care.
Who can apply
Applicants must have been in foster care or other residential care through the Missouri Department of Social Services as of the day before their 18th birthday or another qualifying date listed by the department.
Every scholarship in this directory is exclusively for current or former foster youth. Read the sponsor’s own eligibility rules before you start — they decide who qualifies.
