About this scholarship
Oregon state law waives tuition and all fees for current, former, and adopted former foster children pursuing a first undergraduate degree, for up to four years. The waiver is reduced by federal grants and other aid already received.
Who can apply
Applicants must be a current foster child, former foster child, or adopted former foster child in Oregon, and under 25 years of age.
Every scholarship in this directory is exclusively for current or former foster youth. Read the sponsor’s own eligibility rules before you start — they decide who qualifies.
