A university-wide scholarship in memory of Dr. Richard T. Bowers, open to full- or part-time undergraduates in any college or major and renewable for up to eight semesters.

Who can apply

Applicants must have been in foster care and demonstrate financial need as documented by the FAFSA, and be an undergraduate at the University of South Florida.
